The room was clean, the sheets felt fresh, i had no complaints. It was exactly what I needed for a simple, comfortable stay, nothing fancy, but sometimes that’s all you’re really looking for.

I stayed at yotel for one night, it was okay. The room was clean, which I really appreciated, but it felt really small, even considering the price. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful when I asked for something, though they didn’t come across as especially warm or friendly. The bed was comfy, and the location was definitely convenient, so that helped. But the noise from the hallway made it harder to fully relax, and the bathroom felt cramped. I left feeling like it did the job for one night, but it didn’t really make me want to rush back.

Stayed at Yotel and the room itself was fine, nothing special, but the billing situation was an absolute joke. They took a deposit, then I got charged again, and there was zero clear explanation about what was just being held and what I’d actually paid.
Customer service kept giving me the same useless “wait a few days” line like a bunch of billing clowns, but it dragged on while my bank showed different amounts. it’s ridiculous having to chase your own money after a stay. I won’t be booking through YOTEL again.

Stayed at Yotel and, not gonna lie, it was better than I expected for a place with rooms that feel like they were designed by someone obsessed with efficiency. The room was tiny, but smart, the shower was really good, the Wi-Fi didn’t give me any issues, and the lounge was actually a nice spot to hang out. Everything felt clean and easy, which is more than I can say for a lot of hotels. I’d definitely stay again...

I liked that it was quick, easy, no stress. just a solid start to the morning before checking out. would definitely stay again, just because everything felt so simple

We stayed at Yotel and they let us leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, maybe half the day or so. It was really easy, no hassle at all, and we just grabbed the bags later before heading to the train. made our last day about 10 times less stressful.

I stayed at Yotel the main thing I noticed was how safe it felt. I tend to pay attention to stuff like that, especially when I’m coming back late. The key card lifts were reassuring, there were staff around, and the room lock worked like it should. I wasn’t really focused on much else because I had no worries getting in at night, which made the stay easy.

I had to cancel my booking and thought it was going to be a whole hassle, but it was way easier than expected?? The refund came through quickly too, which was a nice surprise. No endless back-and-forth, no confusing emails, just handled what I needed and it was sorted. Really happy with how smooth it all went.

I used the self check-in at Yotel and it was really quick. There was no standing around or waiting, my room key printed out without any issues, and checkout was just as simple. It made the whole stay feel a lot smoother and less stressful, which I really appreciated.

The room setup made getting around in my wheelchair a lot easier, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a couple of moments where I felt like the staff could’ve acknowledged things better, i was expecting an apology.

I booked Yotel for a short city stay it worked out really well. The room was small, but it was clean, the bed was comfy, and check-in was super easy with no hassle. For the price I paid, I really can’t complain... it pretty much had everything I needed for a quick trip

The only annoying part was that the communication about it wasn’t super clear at first, so I had to figure out a bit more than I expected. Still, the convenience was a big plus and I’d stay again for that alone.
